Request for Reconveyance

DEFINITION

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

EXPLANATION

A full reconveyance will only be issued after the Trustee has been provided with the original note and deed of trust for cancellation. A deed of reconveyance is issued by the mortgage holder, or lender, indicating that the borrower’s loan debt is removed and released. A deed of reconveyance will often be notarized and contain a full legal description of the property, and the property’s parcel number.
