Rights of Mobile Home Owner
Mobile home owners have the right to peace, quiet, and security. Landlords do not have the ability to enter a mobile home owner’s property unless there is an emergency where the landlord see’s a foreseeable danger.
Rights of Landlord
The landlord is required to put their best faith effort towards ensuring the safety of all tenants of the mobile home park. This includes being aware of the conditions of the property, maintaining roads and entry ways of the mobile home park, and making necessary repairs. Landlords must protect the park to the best of their abilities and make reasonable changes.
