As the largest single source of real estate anywhere, Proptionary’s state exam crash course and online state exam preparation classes have everything you need to pass your state’s real estate exam on the first try. Whether you want access to our state of the art basic online crash course, or want to really master your skills by pinpointing weaknesses through our crash course stimulator, we are sure our various options will make you confident on test day.
A real estate crash course is not a substitute to taking your states pre-requisite real estate courses from an accredited real estate school, and you will not be eligible to take the state exam without taking these courses. Most states typically require prospective agents to take 3 courses- Real Estate Principles, Real Estate Practice, and one elective course. After you take your state’s required courses, be sure to take the crash course of your choice.

- Subject 2: Law of Agency (15%)

This advanced feature acts as a personal trainer and tells you exactly which questions to focus on, and provides those questions in real-time to practice on. Once you have focused on a specific section, the system will allow you to retest yourself to be sure you are proficient in that subject.
